Following sessions: $150
Cash, Local Checks, Venmo, Paypal, HSA, Credit Cards accepted.
I am able to offer rates based on a sliding scale on a limited basis.

Coverage depends on your plan. Costs of services may be fully or partly covered, or will be once you meet your deductible. Many plans also require you to pay a copayment at each visit.
*To avoid unexpected fees, I recommend that you contact your insurance to verify coverage before your first visit. (See “questions to ask insurance” below).
*Insurance Disclaimer: While I am approved for most networks of the companies listed, insurance policies vary greatly. Please be aware that I am not responsible for any fees incurred in the event that I am not an approved provider for a specific network. Cost of services will remain your responsibility. For this reason, please be sure to check with your insurance!

Out-of-Network Insurance
Be sure to ask your insurance provider what your out-of-network benefits are!
If I am out-of-network, I will provide receipts (superbills) for you to submit for partial reimbursement. (For out-of-network services, payment is due at the time of service).

-Do I have outpatient mental/behavioral health benefits?
-Do I have a deductible? If yes, what is the amount and how much is remaining for the year?
Is there a copay and how much?
-How many sessions are allowed for the year?
-Do I need a pre-authorization from insurance?
-Is Marie Le Moyne, LCPC an approved provider for this plan?
-If desired: Are telehealth (video) services included in my benefits?
